We are hiring Production Operators to join our rubber mixing team. This hands-on role involves operating mixers and mills, loading materials, and ensuring batch quality. No experience is required—paid training is provided with opportunities to grow. Candidates must be reliable, able to lift 50+ lbs, and comfortable with shift work. We offer competitive pay, overtime, and full benefits after 90 days, including health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
