With over 47 years in the rubber industry, William Sanderson, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) brings vast experience to the ALTTRAN team. From small custom rubber mixers to large corporate assignments with Goodyear and Monsanto, William’s knowledge ranges from floor running Banburies, mills, and transportation, to building bias ply and radial tires, fire hose, irrigation hose, racing and truck tires among many other projects.
At Monsanto, William made experimental batches of rubber chemicals and did stability studies to maximize performance. Additionally, he worked in the testing laboratory for the Santoprene pilot plant and streamlined operations. It was also at this time that he was trained in and received certification in Industrial Hygiene in 1995.
Most recently William worked as an Environmental Health & Safety Manager. He brings broad rubber industry experience to assist our ALTTRAN customers, including:
